Is there a firewall for this attack ?

So there is a border between US and Mexico. There were only two ways to get illegal things - be it drugs, guns or even people - across the border. Drive thru (and risk getting caught) or construct a tunnel (which is expensive and once found, you end up losing the entire 'investment')

What is the alternative ? The drug dealers went for some old technology - build cannons and shoot drugs into the US from Mexico.

Facebook challenging google

Facebook just acquired Atlas Advertiser Suite from their long term partner Microsoft. This is clearly an effort to directly compete with Google. Graph search may not look all that matured today but the ability for mining user data for targeting and retargeting is huge will be a shot in the arm for Facebook. Facebook Gift Cards

We broke the news of Facebook rolling out the Facebook Card earlier! Here are more details to it.

Facebook has rolled out Cards option to selected regions and stores in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, and Germany.

People can purchase the cards and give it to their friends so they use the same reusable card on a lot of stores. As we guess, soon this will be open to more cities, stores and countries. Please check here for the stores in supported regions that offer the cards.

A Facebook Card which we have discussed above is different from a Facebook Credits Gift Card. Facebook Credits Gift Card can only be used within Facebook for payments like buying virtual goods in any games or apps on the Facebook platform that accept payments.

Facebook has started promoting their Cards option. When you log in, you can see pop up to 'Give Gift to Friends'. You can Browse for Gifts and choose/purchase for your friends and family.

Facebook Introduced the Facebook Card,...

Facebook Introduced the Facebook Card, a New Type of Gift Card recently!

This will be rolled out gradually to people in the US.

Now there is no need to log in to a particular site and buy a gift card. One gift card works for all. As Facebook say, people can give their friends gifts to Jamba Juice, Olive Garden, Sephora, and Target all on one reusable gift card from Facebook. We hope they'll soon expand the list of supported shops.
