A machine alike ATM that dispenses 24-carat gold bars.

The first gold-plated vending machine, located in the lobby of the Emirates Palace hotel in Abu Dhabi. Currently there are 20 vending machines across three continents and yet to fix these machines in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and Great Britain, around malls and airports.



About the machine-

The machine in Abu Dhabi dispenses 320 items made of gold, including 10-gram gold bars and customized gold coins/bars in 1,5 and 10 gram sizes. These machines also offer gift boxes of gold coins with symbols like Krugerrand, a maple leaf, or a kangaroo.

A user can only access it 3 times within 24 hrs and could acces the next time leaving an interval of 48 hours. User's personal id need to be scanned for purchases over 1,000 €
